How It Works

Choose which Suite fits your team best: Aransas Bay Suite or Copano Bay Suite.

Choose which day(s) of the month work best for your new satellite location. Most specialists visit Rockport once a month or once a week. For instance, the Aransas Bay Suite is used every Tuesday by a visiting oncology group. They bring two providers, two medical assistances, front desk staff, and an infusion/chemotherapy nurse.

BYOE - Bring your own equipment! Basic medical and office supplies are already supplied. However, if your team utilizes specialty equipment, such as EKG, PFT, procedural equipment, infusion supplies, medications - bring it with you.

Communicate. Something missing, undone, or just more convenient if you had X-Y-Z? Your needs will be met, if you communicate. The Portal is always available, as well as text, call and WhatsApp.

Lease Rates

650/day – One to three days monthly (less than once a week)
500/day – Four or more days monthly (once a week or more)

50% OFF - Saturdays & Sundays (250-325/day)

8000/month - Full access daily, with all-inclusive management

All leases require 2-year agreement with anticipated increase in rate at renewal.
Billed monthly, first payment and security deposit due upon signing.
Commercial general liability insurance required, based upon usage.
